The Open Apple audio podcast was founded by Mike Maginnis and Ken Gagne in February 2011 as a monthly venue in which to discuss the Apple II, the first personal computer shipped by Apple Computer Inc. in 1977. A different Apple II guest joins the hosts each month. Regular segments include a news roundup, review of Apple-related eBay auctions, and a computer game trivia contest.
